Indoor vs. Outdoor Events

We are happy to set up for both outdoor and suitable indoor events! Outdoor is our standard (backyards, driveways, parks, flat grassy areas), but we can accommodate large indoor spaces such as insulated concrete shops, garages, barns, or gymnasiums only on smooth concrete flooring.

Concrete floors are required for indoor use to ensure safety and to prevent any potential damage to other floor types (wood, tile, carpet, etc.). The space must meet these requirements:

• Minimum flat, open area of at least 40×60 feet (more for larger groups)
• Smooth, hard concrete surface free of tripping hazards, sharp edges, or loose items
• Adequate ventilation and temperature control
• Easy access for trailer unloading

Age & Weight Limits + Safety Rules

All vehicles are intended for children ages 2–8 years and maximum weight of 70 lbs per child.

One child per car only – no exceptions.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

Waiver Requirement

All children must have a signed liability waiver from a parent/guardian prior to riding. Waivers will be provided in advance (via email/link) or available on-site. Events cannot proceed without completed waivers for every child.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.
• All bookings can be rescheduled (subject to availability).
• Cancellations with 10+ days notice: Full refund (including deposit) if you do not wish to reschedule.
• Cancellations less than 10 days before the event: Forfeit deposit only (balance refunded if paid in full).
• Bookings made less than 10 days in advance: Can be rescheduled (no cash refund).
• Weather-related cancellations (if unsafe): Full credit toward a future date (no cash refund).
